I lodged a claim on the 22/07/2013 and to date I don't know what is happening on my claim. I constantly get the same info that we are awaiting a report. there is a number of items that I am not happy, vehicle hire to mention one, at a time when you need this option you are advised that you need to hire the vehicle and the insurance will reimburse you, how does this assist you in any way when you are to pay upfront for a vehicle . and the insurance only gives you back R 4000.00 or R 4500.00.
