Hi can someone please tell me the logic of this and assist because this is Totally unprofessional and unfair!
We have a policy with Indwe and claimed for a car repair. The Claim was lodged on the 2nd April, Indwe only authorised the claim on the 17th April and we had been already been using the car hire. The car hire people want their car Now, Indwe tells me there is no Car hire extension and our vehicle has not been repaired - are we paying to be or is this acceptable standard practise?
Premiums have increased since claiming, we have paid consistently and we still have not our vehicle repaired! Can someone please call us and deal with our unique professionalism from indwe!
