Please can someone explain to me why we take the car hire option if it is only for 30 days, its been 30 days and my claim hasn't been processed, car not fixed. Surely you take a car hire option till your vehicle is fixed or you get paid out for the vehicle, please tell me how I am going to get to work everyday and still pay First for Womens Insurance Premium every month till I get my car fixed
