I filed a claim for a vehicle accident where a third party rode into the back of my vehicle. As I have vehicle hire built into my insurance policy, I am supposed to get a hire vehicle when my vehicle is at the panel beaters. I have been trying to get hold of Portia since Tuesday 06/08/2013, both telephonically and by email to request that she arrange the hire vehicle but have not had any response from her. My vehicle is supposed to be to the panelbeaters this morning and on calling Outsurance and speaking with Evelyn, I was told that I need to provide 24 hours notice before I get a hire vehicle. Well I would think that Tuesday 06/08/2013 is more than 24 hours notice but Outsurance refuse to budge. Based on this, I am not unable to take my vehicle to the panelbeaters as I need a vehicle to get to and from work. OUTSURANCE ARE TOTALLY USELESS!!!
