I am extremely irate with the constant bad, pathetic service I keep getting with Outsurance and there Claims department. I get nothing but poor excuses as to why my claim can never be paid out. I'm with outsurance for years have 3 vehicles, contents, building and my business insured and if I claimed twice out of all those years it's been nothing but disappointing stories. Always a battle, a huge fight, a threat to leave before anything gets sorted. So much for "awesome service" when basically have to beg an plead and fight to get something done. I now sadly had a break in at my business stock was. At first I was very upset but than what kept me going is the peace of mind that at least I also had the business covered with Outsurance. After many days of investigating back an fourth, today I get the fantastic news that once again my claim will not be paid out. Ask me why? Because I did not do daily stock take, Really? Not only is that almost impossible to do daily but never did they inform me upon joining that I had to have that done but they quick to reject on those terms. Not on one call or one "term&condition" was this ever discussed. Im definitely taking this case2 the ombudsman
