Correct Address Missing on Statements

FNB again, Last year I went into fourways branch to change my physical address as any good person would do, submitted a utility bill as requested and was assured that all was changed. Now am in need of internet statements and notice that they still show an old address. I call the call center and am told that the change was made but not on all my accounts. How can one body live in multiple physical addresses? now am forced to go back to the branch to face long queues to resubmit my proof of residence again? NOT ACCEPTABLE.
