I have cancelled my absa cheque card and credit card two years ago, i all of a sudden get statements from them and for absa rewards to my surprise since it took me over 4 hours in the bank to cancel. My fear is where is rewards debiting?? i call the call centre they deactivate it but tell me they have been deducting from an active account but cannot tell me what account??? do i need to go spend another 4 hours in the bank i closed due to this type of service.that account is deducting admin fees??? from where no one knows. If i am blacklisted due to ABSA *angry* i want answers
