Headache to claim my ABSA rewards

I always have the SAME old hassle. When I go online to claim my rewards - convert to cash into my cheque account, ABSA ALWAYS has a problem with this. This time I did not receive the RVN. Other times the functionality is simply not working or not available. Once I got an SMS from ABSA saying that my rewards were R1, 470. And I checked everything, the number was right, the format was right, everything was right. Yet when I logged on it was not the case. I am so sick and tired of having issues EACH and EVERY time I want to convert my rewards into cash. ABSA should think of better means to draw and retain customers, because they are NOT doing this one correctly or conveniently at ALL to ABSA account holders. I have said for many years now that I will not change to another bank, but after having changed my address in the bank at the platinum division months ago to find that it was not updated and always battling with the ABSA rewards, I think I have now had it.
