FNB can market for new clients but cannot maintain there existing client base. I am shocked and disguisted at the service i keep receiving, i had a personal loan of r 50, 000 that was paid within 2 years i have never had bad accounts and i have a good payment record. my affordability is good so naturally to progress myself and husband applied for a bond R 600, 000 and i was declined because i had 4 debit orders returned in December shortly after this money was deposited into my account and i have been redebited all is in order. My company supplied a letter explaining i was short paid please bear in mind this has never happened in my life!!! yet Absa have accpted me not even requesting a letter from my employer. FNB declined my finance in the middle of last year and i had no returned debits and they said i am a bad risk. yet ABSA took my vehicle finance!! my husband and family are with FNB and i will make it my mission to bad mouth FNB and change to ABSA or another bank. I am fedup of dealing with FNB!!!
