Sorry CIB Insurance but your service is not up to standard.
I have called and asked for forms to be emailed to me. After calling three times I finally received the claim forms later during the day, is it so hard to just do your job or send a simple email to me??
I have emailed my filled in claim forms to [Email Removed] it is now 3 working days later and no feedback. I have send it to [Email Removed] NO REPLY and now finally to [Email Removed] which seems a little more help full than the rest of the staff. I can see that CIB is a very laid back insurance company.
Can somebody please just get back to me.
At the moment I am sitting without a cellphone.
