Good day.im extremely upset with absa and avaf.two years ago I got financed for a vehicle of almost R200.000.00 through my bank at the time absa.they were the only bank who financed me. I took this vehicle over 72months.and just finished paid it about 2 weeks ago in a period of 2 yrs.i was looking to finance another vehicle through them.now they don't want to help me at all.i had an administration order against my name, which I still have.even though all My debt was paid up over 3 yrs ago.now they say I have this against my name. However 2 yrs ago this was still against my name anyway, but absa managed to finance me.it doesn't make sense.i was even planning on getting a home loan from them because they helped me with my vehicle. I'm super dissatisfied and disappointed in absa.my complaint ref number is 2474609.i need answers as this doesn't make any sense. I've paid up all my debt with paid up letters.the good citizen I am.most people just don't pay and they write it off.not me, I had to make it right and pay my dues.i even paid my car off in two years.now they don't even come to my aidfor another vehicle for my wife. Affordability and excellent pay history is there, pls assist me!
