On the 25th November 2012 at 03:27 I went to the Rocklands spar Nedbank ATM to withdraw R350, but to my surprise the ATM printed a receipt showing R0.00 Available balance and current balance and I never got the money, after few hours I went to a different ATM to withdraw R250 to check what was wrong because I had more than R50 000 in the account and I got the money (R250) and it showed the right balances. on the 26th I went to my Nedbank Rocklands branch to get the bank statement and I realised the R350 appeared as have been withdrawn but it wrongly shows the date of the 24th November when I was at the ATM at 03:27 of the 25th November, and I have the ATM receipt to prove it that shows R0, 00 Balances. I was alone at the ATM incase ATM in considered and I'm the only one with access to my account and bank card. I reported the case on the 26th at my Nedbank branch and I was promised my case will be investigated, and thus to this point I haven't received any communication in response to the matter. and currently I'm disgruntled and feel my hard earned money is not safe at Nedbank and I'm considering changing my bank. My plight is not considered as a priority.
