I am literally sick and tired of this stupid bank and its incompetent investment product house. This is my second complain about Nedbank Investment for the year 2013 and I want this matter to be resolved TODAY! My investment statement shows balance that keep on deteriorating. Statement for the period of 05/05/2013 shows available balance of R32 256 .97, Statement for the period of 05/07/2013 shows available balance of R10 422.09, Statement for the period of 30/12/2013 shows available balance of R20 311.15. It does not take a genius to figure out that your stupid systems are printing incorrect balances, I need this matter to be resolved today so I can put notice and be able to withdraw the funds ASAP. I want my correct statement to be emailed to me with a letter that explains what the went wrong and how will this be prevented from happening in the future (thou I don't foresee any future with this bank)
