At Nedbank I have had myR5000 out of my business account after one day of withdrawing inside a teller. It took Nedbank almost 3 months to refund me after sending from puller to post. The strange thing about this was that, they couldn't even tell me if my money was withdrawn at an ATM or inside the bank, they said they can't see that information, eventually the refunded me after about 3 months. Again now on Sunday the 15th dec 2013' I tried to withdraw money at a std bank ATM at std bank. The money didn't come out and the machine went out of service and I stood at the machine until it finished resetting itself and the normal screen came up. I still never received the money. I then checked my balance and realized there was nothing available. On Tuesday I went to the nedbank ATM to get a statement and saw that it showed that 5000 came out and 3 transactions with ref account payment came off in the amounts of 3900, 1200, 1000 and when I went to the bank they say they can't see all these transactions on my ATM statement on their system. After all these monies came out I was left with 9rand and today they say there's an amount of1000 that was withdrawn. How is that possible
