I have a serious problem with nedbank, I have a credit card with them and its with their legal department. they made a default of R2850 on my credit record on the 27/06/2013 after i had paid R1500 into their account, I am always called by NDS credit management and always make an arrangement with them. In July my Balance on my credit record was R1500, I have been paying R250 per month since then. Yesturday i requested a statement of my balance fro NDS which showed i owed R1406, Nedbank has updated my credit record recently and it shows i owe R1600. In October when i spoke to a lady by the name of merry from NDS credit managemnt she told me my settlement balance was around R700, Everytime i try to contact nedbank legal on 011667500 no one answers my calls or im left holding.
I do not know how to approach this and all i need is a statement from nedbank showing all the money i have paid and my true balance, I need answers from nedbank urgently or has nedbank concluded that i will have to pay them for the rest of my life.
