Bad service and attitude from a consultant

Morning...
I took out a loan with Nedbank in March and i told the to make the debit date the 26th of every month, a couple of days i got an sms confirming everything but it said my first payment is on the 1st of April i called the call centre and asked to make it the 26th cause i get pay on the 25th the lady confirm that my money on their systems reflects on the 25th cause i bank with Nedbank but so far they have been collection on the 26th without any problems the today at 08:24 i get a call from a rude lady with a bad line asking me when exactly do i get paid cause they have the 25th on the system but only get the money on the 26th and she didint even wanna listen to me until i shouted at her now what makes me angry i told the to make the debit date the 26th to avoid troubles but their insisted on the 25th cause already my money reflects on their system im very disappointed and angry can someone from Nedbank contact me so we can sort this matter out...
