So i call the call centre to ask them where i can view my Greenbacks rewards on-line. They tell me that i have the AMEX card but i need to go to the branch to activate the greenbacks and i will get it backdated up to when i got the card and i will also get a Prepaid card to turn my greenbacks into Money to use anywhere. So off to the bank i go where i stand 30 mins in the line to get told they need to put me through to the call centre as they don't have a clue what they are talking about as my greenbacks should be visible on my Internet profile. Now this i;m doing in my Lunch from so i'm in the line from 12:00 - 12h30 and they put me on the phone where i wait on hold until 12h55 when i need to eventually hang up and return to work.
Then i get an email to go to [URL Removed] to register just to findout after numerous unsuccessful attempts that the webiste doesn't exist and i need to go to [URL Removed] Here i findout that i need to pay R179 in annual fees to register for a so called "REWARDS PROGRAMME"
Is this a joke or what.
Of all the banks i've banked with in S.A i think that Nedbank is really stands last in line!
