We phoned in to register cell phone claim, damaged due to water damage. Karen (Claims Clerk) send us back to get report from Vodacom which we did. This was send to Integrisure. Today Karen phoned my wife and accused us of reporting 2 claims and also suggested we are lying as well as she will now appoint an assessor to evaluate the claim. And also said it is our choice if we want to leave Integrisure.
My next step is (if not solved internally) to go to the Ombudsman and then if no success to give this case to my Attorney.
