I LOGGED A QUERY WITH THE DEPARTMENT AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE WITH REGARDS TO AN ATM TRANSACTION THAT FAILED AND THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED OFF MY ACCOUNT BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CASH. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A ISSUE WITH THE ATM TRANSACTION ON 25/01/2014 AND I WILL BE REFUNDED.
PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THIS REGARD OR I WILL FEEL I NEED TO OPEN ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER BANK!!!
