I went into the Brooklyn mall FNB more than a week ago to sort out a problem with my account. I waited in a line for 45 minutes and then another 45 minutes were spent with a less than helpful, arrogant lady pretending to help me with my query. I don't know what bank makes you write an official complaint on a blank piece of paper? She said she would get back to me last week Monday and here I am still waiting for a response. I honestly think FNB's service on this matter is disgusting and would like to speak to someone who is actually willing to take my complaint seriously.
