Still waitin for a response from my last complaint

I logged a complaint on hello peter last week monday about not being able to create a new account online. I have yet to receive feedback from anyone at FNB as to why i cant... The last Hello Peter ref i got from FNB was 343269.

You guys obviously dont care about one more customer. Too busy making ads that that you can switch to FNB in 10 minutes.
