Terrible Customer Service:

Waiting for over an hour just to get a printout of my bank statement, and being told by the branch manager that there was nothing he could do to help, one service point to serve over 60 people waiting to get statements, its an absolute failure by the bank to give proper service to its customers. We requested the complaints book so we could write down our complains only to be told that they no longer keep the book there. The branch manager gave us a blank piece of paper to write our details and 'promised' we would be contacted but nothing..
