Balance settled but still billed a monthly "Fee"

Hi Team,

I have had an ABSA credit card for over 3 years which I have finally decided to settle and close towards the end of 2013. As far as I know, I did everything required to close out the account i.e. destroy the credit card, cancel internet banking subscription and settle outstanding amount including the cash handling fee applicable to the last deposit paid over the counter - all this confirmed with both call centre and the branch service desk.

To my surprise, I still have a monthly fee of about R 21.00 being debited off my account with the reference number being the very same credit card account number that I have settled.

Can someone please look into this and contact me to rectify?
