No system in place to which client can see the 1 consultant they have next. No register. I took my mom to open a new account. In the bank we are told to sit and wait for a consultant to help us. Firstly there is only one consultant. 1 hour later we nobody knows who is next or how long it might still take and this is end of the month on Saturday morning.
