Unacceptable service

I went to Absa Bank Paarl Mall this morning to apply for a personal loan. When I got there, there were 3 people infront of me to see the consultant. After half an hour that nothing happened, I asked the lady infront of me for how long she's been sitting there... and she said that she was waiting for an hour and a half already. I stood up and knocked on the one guy who was in his office's door... and asked if they only had ONE consultant on the 25th of the month... and he said UNFORTUNATELY YES... I told him that the people have been waiting for more than an hour on which he replied... he has been to everybody and explained that they only had one consultant. He then went on to explain that applications can take anything between 10minutes and an hour and a half... and that people know when they come to the bank on the 25th of any month that they will have to sit and wait for service. I feel that it is highly unprofessional and I am definitely not happy with the service or the explanation. The customer behind me said it is time that we complain about the service, as we are very loyal Absa Bank clients.
