On the 1st of February on my way to the vaal river with my 4yr old son and 5yr old daughter i had mechanical problems with my car. i immediately pulled over at the first garage and phoned Innovation Group for road side assistance. the first call centre told me that i must sort out my own car problems and i must just send them the invoice they will bill me.. after speaking to a supervisor i still waited 1 and a half hours just for a quote on a tow in service.. Bearing in mind i told them i was in the middle of nowhere with two young babies and i am a woman.. i had to get my dad to tow me in as my so called road side assistants never got round to actually helping me. This company is a joke and just take peoples money for policies and does not deliver on their end of the deal.
