FNB does not care about customer service

At the beginning of September 2013 I went to FNB Sea Point Branch, and sat for over an hour with Esethu, applying to
transfer my two business accounts from Alexander Place Branch, JHB to Sea Point and after completing all the forms and
supplying all the necessary documentation was told that they would phone me within 7 working days. I never received any
phone calls and after repeated requests was told to contact Thabo Legoete, my business manager at Alexander Place,
however, he replied that he had written to Sea Point Branch and could not elicit a response and that I better call in there
personally. WHAT A REPLY FROM A BUSINESS MANAGER. After 3 months I called in personally & was told that the
accounts had at last been transferred, but that I should call in with more documentation as the accounts were in my
personal name and NOT business accounts. This, after I have been trading as a business account for the past 30 years.
The business manager at Sea Point, Mr Dirk Mostert undertook to investigate and call me back and that was a week ago.
No one has ever phoned me from FNB, I have to continually chase them to get the job done. Lennie Metcalf promised to pass this on to Dirk Mostert
