POOR SERVICE AND PASSING THE BUCK

I CHANGED FOUR ACCOUNTS FROM SOUTHGATE TO KEYWEST THESE I MUST ADD ARE DAILY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS IT IS NOW FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS LATER AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE. I SPOKE TO SEVERAL PERSONS EVEN SENDING THE BRANCH MANAGER EMAILS UNTIL NOW I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH ONE PERSON AFTER THE OTHER AND STILL NO ASSISTANCE . SOME OF THE ACCOUNTS HAVE NOW BEEN TRANSFERED AND SOME LEFT AT SOUTHGATE . WHEN I QUERIED THIS AND TOLD THEM IT IS ONE PORTFOLIO I WAS TOLD THAT THE BANK CAN DECIDE WHICH ACCOUNTS THEY WISH TO HOLD WHERE. I HAVE TOLD THEM I CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE BUT STILL ONLY ANOTHER PERSON PASSING ME TO ANOTHER.
IS THERE ANYONE IN FNB THAT CAN ASSIST ME AS IT IS A MAJOR SCHLEP TO CHANGE BANKING ACCOUNTS . BUT I HAVE NOW REACHED THE POINT THAT I AM WILLING TO DO SO.PLEASE BETH
