I have tried contacting Business banking and all they do is escalate it to another department. I have called FNB Business over, well actually lost count now. This has been from the 13th January 2014.
I now called the Manager of Business Accounts Opening, initial, DF, and requested that she call me in the next 15mins and this was at 14h15 on the 20 January 2014, which has now passed. It clearly shows that FNB Business is now to big to bother about new accounts. This is absolutely ridiculous that we get this sort of service even thou I have been with FNB since BOB card days...
I will now take this further and move my accounts to someone who cares.
