Unbelievably disorganised

Apparently in Sept '12 new rules came out, and it would appear I should have re-registered my business account for ebucks. However, up to Dec '12 it said on the statement that I was registered. I just wasnt getting ebucks on my account anymore.
Finally now they have separated my accounts, so my personal has one ebuck acc, and the business another.
So all my ebucks are in the personal, and the purchase I want to make is FORTY ebucks short. So i phone to transfer from my husband's business to my personal. No cant do that due to Tax implications.
Well, if they had TOLD me about the changes in SEPTEMBER instead of just sitting there, I would have about TWO THOUSAND ebucks more in the personal acc and this wouldnt be an issue.
But due to their bad communication I have spent ages on the phone trying to get thing sorted out... which they insinuate was my fault to start off with. No real aim to sort it out.
I am so disappointed in them at this point. I have had these accounts for nine years and it hasnt been an issue til now.
What happened to FNB actually CARING?
