GREENBACKS TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been trying to log into my Greenbacks account since December 2013. I have contacted the Call Centre who keeps saying that I must click on the forgot password link and a new password will be sent to my e-mail address. I HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT THE E-MAILS ARE NOT COMING THROUGH. THE MOMENT THEY CAN'T ANSWER YOUR QUERY THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN.

No Nedbank where's the policy of ask once - I have been asking 50 times now. Dont you get R50 for every time you have to ask?
