Nedbank banking fee shedule not adhered too

After finding out the last two days that sms banking for payments was having a technical problem, I was forced to use online banking to make payments yesterday. I was assured by the Nedbank call centre that as my balance was over R5000 and
it would not be charged for as per the usual R8.00 for payment transaction. Well what do you know, i was charged 6 times R8
This constant discrepancies i have experienced by Nedbank on many other occasions for either cellphone sms banking that
is (free according the the banking schedule) and now my latest problem is very disturbing,
Why does a customer have to always waste time and money calling in and get this kind of service and the banks own shedule for fees is
not even adhered too?
Why does there cellphone banking also malfunction for like two days already as well at the end of the month when its heavily used and needed?
Seriously Nedbank get your act together and stop clients money through banking chages that are not even legitimate.
