Excessive Charging

I would like to bring to your attention that I have a telephone package from Telkom that allows me to phone anywhere in South Africa from landline to landline free of charge.
Yet when I phone FNB looking for assistance on the numbers 087 575 0000 and 087 575 9405 I get additional charges on my Telkom account. It's like I am being penalized for being a FNB customer. If you of profiteering from these phone calls, I must express that I am very disappointed that that you find it necessary to profit this way from your FNB members. Why can you not just have a normal landline like everyone else?
