Cannot purchase electricity on FNB online banking

I've being trying for 3 days to purchase electricity from FNB's online banking website. The amount I'm trying to purchase is R500. The message I get is Daily Limit exceeded. I called the call centre and they say my limits are sufficient to make the purchase. They suggested breaking the amount up. So I made the purchase for R300 which went through but when I try and purchase for the remaining R200 the message Daily Limit exceeded pops up again.
The feedback from the call centre is that even though my internet banking limit is sufficient to make the purchase she cannot increase my electricity limit at the bank. Which means I need to make numerous small purchases over several days to purchase R800 electricity on a monthly basis. This is ridiculous. I wanted to discuss this with someone higher up and she would not put me through. Please can someone attend to my query; this is my first interaction with FNB as I am a new customer and I'm sure FNB is better than this.
