Yesterday I went to the Fnb bank trying to increase my purchase limit as I wanted to do a transfer of R2860 to my landlord. When I get to the bank this lady, I think her name was Thandeka, she doesn't even answer when I greet her. I told her I wanna increase my purchase limit, after I receive an SMS immediately saying my ATM limit has been increased. I tell her to change it to a purchase, not ATM. She then gets up preparing to leave and says I wasn't clear and anyway, my purchase is R6500. I try do the transfer right there and then in my phone and I show her the error message. She looks at my phone, and with a bad attitude she says: " ah, then I don't know. It's probably network problems". She just left me standing there, with other -20 people in the queue.

I'm currently doing an IT internship with the very same bank. This makes me doubt if I wanna be part of such a company. FNB Kwaggafontein; a lot of people complain about the service at this branch.
