On 02/09/2013 R350 went off my account for electricity. I purchase electricity using internet banking regularly. It still has not been delivered via sms. I went to Sunninghill branch on 12/09. The teller said it'll be delivered in 3 days. When it didnt come I called the bank on 17/09 spending almost an hour on the phone. It still has not arrived and they say they dont know who the service provider is for my electricity, despite numerous online purchases I've made via sbsa internet banking. I want my money back or the voucher delivered. I was insulted, told to call during office hours, built up a large cell phone bill, transferred to wrong number when I asked to speak to manager. I am unhappy!
