Your service is beginning to stink

Below is a complaint I wrote to fnb on the 29th&they confirmed receipt. I was told a consultant would get back to me in 24hrs and I got this ref.num: BSLFQU2N, Im still waiting MEANWHILE My card has expired!

I ordered a new credit card over 2 weeks ago and instructed that my card be delivered to Carletonville branch. As far as I know cards never take more than 2 weeks to get delivered. I checked on online banking and supposedly the card has a number and it needs to be activated and I still don't have my card with me& have never even received an sms to say my card is ready for collection.By the way my current card expires in 2 days (2014/01/31). Does one have to complain on hellopeter to get the service they deserve??
