The information boards are poorly listed, a person stands in a cue for half an hour and finally when you are in-front they very friendly apologise and refer you to a different line whereby yet again you stand and wait. The Bank should definitely think about getting someone who can assist the clients from entering the bank by guiding them from the word go.
