No Card Delivered to the branch

Hi There, as my credit card is due to expire I was that UTI will deliver my new credit card to my branch. On the 6th June I received an SMS saying my credit card is ready for collection and I must bring my ID book with. I went to my branch on Saturday the 8th June and the branch said my credit card hasn't been delivered!

ABSA is wasting my time and money making me drive around to fetch something that isn't there. I want to know where my card is at the moment and why ABSA sent an SMS saying my card must be collected when it wasn't there?

I think ABSA have a lot to learn from FNB when it comes to customer service. I received my FNB credit card in 2 days and it was delivered to my house... They delivered on their promise.
