Where's my Credit Card???

On Wednesday, 14 August, I applied via telephone for a new credit card.
This was done following a previous complaint.
The consultant was very friendly and helpful and said my card application was sorted and that my new card would be ready for collection after three working days, at the branch I selected.

I confirmed all I needed to take along is my ID.

I am still waiting for my card. No news, no feedback.
