How hard is it to re-issue my card on time?

1. I replied to the sms asking me where I wanted my renewal credit card sent to weeks ago and waited for the sms from the chosen branch telling me it was ready for collection. When, 3 days before the card was due to expire and I had heard nothing I called card division to follow up.
2. Card Division calmly inform me that no sorry it hasn't been sent out yet and where would I like it sent to in 5-6 working days? I asked for Standard Bank Northmead Square again.
3. Received a phone call from Card Division this morning informing me that the card was ready for collection at Northmead.
4. I go to your branch In Northmead Square and spend 10 minutes standing in what I thought was the right queue since Standard Bank don't see fit to indicate with signage where cards can be collected. Turned out to be the wrong queue and I end up queing for another 20 mins in another line. Finally get to the front of that line to discover that my card isn't there but on it's way from Benoni?? Please be so kind as to locate my credit card (the current card is now expired and unusable) and have it couriered to me - I am not wasting anymore time in one of your branches. Thank you
