Submitting debit order on any date?

This is the second time that I have reason to complain, because of early direct debit deductions on my personal loan with Nedbank.

Last year, I almost had my home loan application declined, due to Nedbank deducting monies too early, and causing reversals on my other bank accounts.

During January Nedbank again tried deducting their monies on the 18th, even though my debit order date for my loan was specifically set for the 20th.

We are currently interested in purchasing a new vehicle, and once again I have reversals due to Nedbank's error.

I will require a written apology from Nedbank, as well as a credit on my loan account, for the reversal fees I was charged by my other bank.

Previously tried getting assistance from Nedbank's own online "Talk to us" service. A lady by the name of Sonia phoned a few days later and said they will investigate - and nothing to date? Why do I have to keep logging these requests for a very basic query?
