I did not pay my personal loan in October due to a salary reduction, I spoke to Nedbank in October they then double debited my account 26 November which brought my account up to date. A further debit was made on the 5th of December even though payment due date is the 28th of December. I contacted them on the 5th and they assured me there was no more tracking going on with any of my accounts, this was not true as they debited again on the 5th on my second loan. As this was not a payment provided for, the debit order bounced and my account now has a returned debit with a R115 fee even though my personal loan account was up to date at the time of this tracking. It took 39 minutes and 6 transfers within their call centre to tell me that Nedbank will not cover this fee.
