Very often we as "South African, " consumers are disregarded & overlooked in terms of Service delivery!

My way has incorrectly debited my account on the 20th of January 2014.
I have called through & spoke to numerous consultants who have promised me that I would be reimbursed (this has been sporadically since the 20th to date 30th January 2014.) I have NAMES :)

It appears that the Managers or TL are always busy or take forever to come to the phone to the point where it almost seems that they want you to hang up, so they don't have to deal with you.

Hopefully this will light a fire under the relevant!
Its a pity as a client who pays ON TIME, EVERY TIME, I CANNOT GET ANSWERS, .ON TIME...

LET THE FUN AND GAMES BEGIN... you started it MIWAY...
