NEDBANK - ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!

I have a personal loan at Nedbank, a 3 year loan that finishes next year... I have never misses a payment!!!
Yet every month, sometimes 3 times a month, I get a call from Nedbank saying that I am a month behind on my payments. I checked again last week with a consultant who confirmed for me that my payments are up to date. Never the less, 10 minutes ago I had a call again saying that I am behind.

Does Nedbank actually know what they are doing???
Due to the fact that they seem to think I am behind, my account was illegally debited a 2nd time this month... it also happened in May/June this year.

I have had it with Nedbank and their useless attitude, understanding and inability to do their jobs properly!!!

As far as I am concerned, by debiting my account a 2nd time, without my consent, they are in breach of the contract and I am inclined to just stop paying the loan off completely.

Nedbank obviously has no idea what they are doing, which is exactly why I changed banks... Even my statements that I get each month show that I am up to date!!!
