Bad client service

My Mom passed away recently on 19 Nov2013. I phoned Indwe Client Call Centre in response to a letter addressed to my late Mom regarding an unpaid debit order. I mentioned to the lady by the name of Yvonne, that my Mom had died on 19 Nov'2013, the reason why Jan'2014 debit order was unpaid & that Dec'2013 debit order should also be reversed & refunded, as Mom had already died. Yvonne said that could not be done as no-one had notified Indwe of my Mom's death. I thought that was a bit strange as I'm sure the executors of her estate would have done that. I then tried to explain to her that Indwe should reverse the Dec'2013 as Mom was no longer alive then, debit orders for insurance are paid in advance. She did not even let me complete what I was trying to explain, she continued arguing with me & told me to hold on, put me on hold & left me holding indefinitely. If I hadn't put the phone down after 15min.23 sec. I'd probably still be holding on! This is the most inefficient & unacceptable client service I have ever experienced. if I had been contemplating changing my own personal insurance from where I am currently, believe me Indwe would most definitely NOT be on my list of choices!
