Indwe should handle Client Service by itself!

On the 12/08/13 an Indwe's client bumped my car. She claimed responsibility for the action and opened a claim with Indwe Insurance on the 15/08/13, after which I was told which documents are required, so I may have my car repaired by her insurance.

I sent all the requested documents on the 20/08/13 to both Indwe and Orico, since Indwe quite promptly transferred me to Orico, who should "handle" my claim from now onwards. I was promised by Orico I would be contacted no later than Friday in order to have my car repaired.

Today is Monday. I had to call Orico myself, and received no answers. I received a very robotic message by Mrs. Mary Van Eden that they are having problems with Telkom. When I asked when will my problem be solved, since quite some time has passed since the day of the accident without any further progress, she replied that I should call Telkom and ask when Orico's lines will be fixed so I can have my problem sorted.

The insurance provider of the person who bumped my car is Indwe. If they are going to pass me around to someone else, at least make sure I am handled properly! I might not be their client, but as a victim of their client, they should show consideration
