On the 02-02-2013, i got involved in an accident with Indwe client. He admitted that he was wrong, we opened case and everything and promised to sort out my car. He reported the case to Indwe and he gave me the claim number and asked me to contact his insurance. it been the whole month now, i sent the documents 5 times to Indwe and I've been calling them ever since accident happened but still never got help from them. They took my number and email adress and promise to contact me but that never happened. I called them yesterday and spoke to one of their consultants and he told me that he can't do anything because someone is already busy with my claim and 2 minutes later while i was still on the line he told me that their client's statement states that i knocked him at the back. I phoned their client and he denied their statement and told me that are lying. so now i don't knw what to do it almost 2 months now and my car is not fixed and i'm using that car on daily basis. i need my car fixed as soon as possible, they just making me run around for nothing and they don't want to pay.
