I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

I am now submitting a complaint against Indwe and Santam with the STI OMBUDSMAN.

I HAVE CONSULTED LEGAL ADVICE - LEGAL ACTION WILL NOW FOL: LOW!!

OPENING SAPS CASES ARE ALSO BEING CONSIDERED.

Indwe didn't even investigate why and how Metro Accident Assist towed my car to a SCRAPYARD and wanted to write off my car!!!

WITHOUT ANY AUTHORISATION!!!

WHERE IS INDWE's LEGAL DEPARTMENT?? WHY HAVE THEY NOT PHONED ME YET OR INVESTIGATED THE ABOVE MATTER???

OR ARE INDWE TOGETHER WITH METRO ACCIDENT ASSIST PART OF THE ATTEMPTED??

I pay insurance so that when something happens to my car YOU TAKE CARE OF IT ALL - NOT ME!!

INDWE WASTED THE 30 DAY RENTAL CAR SERVICE!!

I WILL NOT GIVE BACK THE RENTAL CAR AND COLLECT MY CAR UNTIL YOU AND INDWE HAVE DONE YOUR JOB, INVESTIGATED THE ATTEMPTED AND WRITE-OFF OF MY CAR, THE ASSESSOR GAVE A SIGN-OFF THAT ALL REPAIRS ARE DONE FULLY ON MY CAR, AND I HAVE FEEDBACK ON ALL ISSUES!!

I DEMAND ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS TODAY STILL!!
