A few months back someone knocked my vehicles driver side mirror. I put in the claim with Indwe and it was also confirmed that the person who caused the accident was also insured with Indwe.
Long story short, my premium has been loaded as if I have been the respoinsible person for the accident. Paying R400 on a Jetta 4 with a value of R50, 000 is absolutley ridiculous! To rub it in, I called their Bellville branch on Monday 10/06 and spoke to Tracey who promised to investigate and get back to me by 11/06.

Now I do not have time to be calling around to sort out something that should have been finalised by Indwe long ago (considering this was all in-house, as myself and the responsible party are both with Indwe).

I need my insurance to be rectified to the correct/appropriate value and to be notified asap (as in today), and I need to be refunded for the difference for the amount that was taken by debit order at the start of June.

Indwe's service was always my reason for never moving to another insurer offering lower premiums, but it seems even just getting through to the Bellville office is a mission in itself as the phone just rings and rings.
